Upload photos
Since we already have funnels that I could use to change and customize, one of the first things I did was upload photos of products that I could used in the funnel.
Customize the Funnel
Like I said, we already had some funnels we were trying to use and test and edit as time went along. I was able to use one as a template to come up with new funnel. This photo is before I changed and old funnel that offered a free pillow into one that offered a free t-shirt. I helped with multiple funnels.
Inside the Funnel
Once a customer decides to accept an initial offer, (whether its a t-shirt or pillow) the funnel will direct them to another page giving the option for more gear at a special discount. This page shows what a customer would see after entering their email to accept a free pillow. They can then choose to buy a discounted sleeping pad. I changed the offer for the t-shirt funnel from a sleeping pad to a jacket. The t-shirt funnel has not been tested yet.

Funnel Dashboard
This is the funnel dashboard where you can navigate between pages and modify, add to, and set up the sales funnel.

Product Listings
I had to make sure and add products to the funnel so that when customers ordered them, we would be able to fulfill the order and know someone had ordered something. Some of our T-shirts on one of the funnels I worked on were new, so I had to create product listings in our company's inventory program and then connect those listings to the funnel.

Testimonials
Another important thing I did was take comments and quotes from Instagram posts we were tagged in and add them to the main funnel pages as testimonials. This shows the customer that our offer is real and other people have benefited from our products.
Results Thus Far
Though we haven't run the T-shirt funnel I did most the work on yet, I also helped work on other funnels doing some of the same things I've already described. Our results so far for one funnel I helped set up are as follows:
Out of the potential customers that view the funnel, 47% are giving us their email, and 11.5% are accepting the free pillow offer and are paying shipping.
Out of that 11.5% , 10% are buying an upsell, or our additional offers for discounted gear at a value of $85 average. 20% of those customers are buying a $12 sleeping bag liner.
